Boone County Coalition to End Homelessness is a group of over thirty private and public organizations, as well as dedicated individuals, who work in partnership to prevent and end homelessness in Boone County, Missouri.
Meetings & Case Conferencing
Business Meetings
On the fourth Monday of each month BCCEH meets to share resources, talk about upcoming events, provide support, and broaden our understanding of homelessness and the need of those we serve.
Case
Conferencing
Case conferencing is held on the second and fourth Monday, the fourth Monday after the business meeting, and is confidential. Case Conferencing is designed to manage the Coordinated Entry Prioritization List that comes from the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
